All Perfect Path HDMI® cables are manufactured to, and are compatible with, the new HDMI® 1.4a specification as well as being backward compatible with all previous HDMI® versions. The HD 700 High Speed HDMI® Cables add Perfect Path’s patented locking connector mechanism, with 25 pounds of holding retention in the port. The flagship HD 1000 Series also includes the locking connector mechanism, and are High Speed HDMI® Cables with Ethernet Channel. Both series meet the NEC rating for in-wall cables.
